WYOMING BONUS POINTS: Pro Tip: We strongly recommend selecting bonus points for every species you intend to pursue long-term. Without them, your draw odds will not increase over time in Wyoming. WY is the only state that requires a separate application period for bonus points — our team handles this for you. You can only purchase points if you do not draw in the regular draw. Acknowledgment of Nevada (NDOW) Hunter Safety Requirement *

I understand ZOF cannot apply me in Nevada until I email a clear photo of my hunter safety card to [email protected]. IDAHO DRAW HUNTS: Check all species you would be excited to hunt in Idaho if drawn. Leave blank any species you do not want to pursue. Idaho charges bighorn sheep tag fees upfront and refunds them if you are not successfully drawn. Elk and mule deer tag fees are charged only upon a successful draw. Please note: If you apply for bighorn sheep, Idaho does not allow you to apply for elk or mule deer in the same year. However, you may apply for both elk and mule deer together, provided you do not apply for bighorn sheep.

Diamond ZOF Membership Agreement: I understand that my credit card will be charged $13,997 annually on my membership anniversary date (or per the payment plan I selected at checkout). My membership will automatically renew each year unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy below. My membership fee is price-locked for two consecutive years, even if future members pay a higher rate. I may cancel my membership at any time by logging into my account or emailing [email protected] with at least 30 days’ notice prior to my renewal date. I understand that all membership fees paid are final and non-refundable. Because draw applications, licenses, and application services are submitted on my behalf, refunds cannot be issued once a membership cycle has begun. Each state game and fish agency has its own refund policies for big-game draw applications; tag and application fees are generally non-refundable. I will refer to each individual agency for their specific rules. By using our services, I agree that all payments made are final. If a payment dispute or chargeback occurs, we reserve the right to recover the original charge and any associated costs or fees. This agreement may be provided to my bank or card issuer as proof of authorization. I will receive personalized assistance from the ZOF team, including Rolling Bones Outdoors (RBO), to build or update my Rolling Bones dashboard and application preferences. I understand that keeping my contact and billing details current is my responsibility to avoid draw delays or loss of loyalty points. I authorize ZOF/RBO to use my credit card to pay for mandatory state hunting licenses, state application fees, bonus points, and big game tags for Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, and Idaho as outlined in my ZOF member benefits. This authorization also applies to any other state(s) in which I elect to have RBO manage my draw applications or related services beyond the core ZOF membership coverage. Each state agency has its own billing, refund, and draw policies, which ZOF complies with when applying on my behalf. I understand that group applications have unique billing rules; for example, in Arizona, the group leader is charged for the entire group, while other states vary. I understand that Arizona, Nevada, and Utah only charge my credit card for big-game tags upon a successful draw. I understand that New Mexico and Wyoming charge the full big-game tag fees on my credit card upfront and then refund my card for any tag I do not draw (less license/application fees). I understand that if I apply for bighorn sheep in Idaho, they charge for this tag upfront, then refund it if not successfully drawn. Additionally, Idaho will not allow me to apply for elk or mule deer if I have applied for bighorn sheep. I understand that Wyoming has a separate bonus-point-only application period and associated fees. I understand that Arizona, Nevada, and Utah automatically award bonus points upon an unsuccessful draw, and that there are no bonus points in New Mexico or Idaho. Guided hunts are provided by trusted partner outfitters that Dan Adler personally hunts with and/or endorses. My Diamond Membership includes fully guided hunts for any tags successfully drawn under the ZOF program in Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, and Idaho. Each guided draw hunt includes a 1:1 professional guide, meals, lodging, permits, transportation during the hunt, and basic field processing where permitted by state law. I am responsible for my active membership fee, species tags, hunting licenses, state application fees, and guide/cook gratuities. In addition to the draw-hunt benefits described above, my Diamond Membership includes one guaranteed fully guided hunt during each annual membership period, subject to the Diamond Membership benefits in effect at the time of booking, hunt availability, scheduling, and all applicable program terms. Hunts focus on prime seasons in high-demand units; draw odds are statistically low, and no draw tag guarantee is implied. These units are specifically chosen by ZOF guides and staff. Draw odds are random and cannot be guaranteed; however, odds improve significantly each year through point accumulation and ongoing application strategy. My Diamond Membership expands the traditional 5-state ZOF coverage to include Idaho (for elk, mule deer, and Rocky Mountain bighorn sheep). The ZOF team manages tactical draw strategy and application processes in these six western states: AZ, NM, NV, UT, WY, and ID. I understand that I must be a member in good standing (paid membership at the time of draw application and hunt) to be applied by the ZOF team and participate in any hunts. The number of fully guided hunting days included with my Diamond Membership increases based on my continuous membership tenure: 0–3 years: 7 fully guided hunting days; 4–7 years: 10 fully guided hunting days; 8+ years: 14 fully guided hunting days (Subject to seasonal regulations—some species or states may have shorter legal hunting seasons.) Not all units or hunts are ZOF-eligible; eligible hunts and units vary from year to year. Considerations include unit trophy age class, harvest history, total tag numbers, predation, winter kill, wildfire, habitat/moisture conditions, and more. I understand that ZOF hunts are typically scheduled during peak rut dates in the most in-demand units and that I am not guaranteed to draw a tag. Draw odds are always statistically low. Hunters not utilizing ZOF’s application service must contact ZOF prior to each draw for eligible ZOF hunt codes. I have had all questions regarding draw odds answered to my satisfaction. I understand there is no limit to the number of covered fully guided hunts I can draw in a year, and my active ZOF membership will cover all eligible hunts. I understand that continued participation in the ZOF program may improve my overall draw opportunities over time through bonus point accumulation where applicable and ongoing application strategy.
