WYOMING BONUS POINTS: Pro Tip: We strongly recommend selecting bonus points for every species you intend to pursue long-term. Without them, your draw odds will not increase over time in Wyoming. WY is the only state that requires a separate application period for bonus points — our team handles this for you. You can only purchase points if you do not draw in the regular draw. Acknowledgment of Nevada (NDOW) Hunter Safety Requirement *

I acknowledge that Nevada Department of Wildlife requires proof of hunter education before entering the big game draw. I understand ZOF cannot apply me in Nevada until I email a clear photo of my hunter safety card to [email protected]. (Exemptions: This requirement does not apply if you were born before 1960 or if your hunter education information is already on file with the Nevada Department of Wildlife.)

IDAHO DRAW HUNTS: Check all trophy species you would be excited to hunt in Idaho if drawn this year. Leave blank any species you do not want to pursue at all. Important: Idaho charges Rocky Mountain Bighorn Sheep tag fees at the time of application and refunds them if you are not drawn. Elk and mule deer tag fees are charged only upon a successful draw. Idaho does not have a point system. Please note: If you apply for Rocky Mountain Bighorn Sheep, Idaho will not allow you to apply for elk or mule deer in the same year. However, you may apply for both elk and mule deer together, provided you do not apply for bighorn sheep.

Elite Membership Terms & Draw Application Authorization *

I have read, understand, and agree to the Elite ZOF Membership Agreement, including the membership terms, payment authorization, and applicable Elite membership benefits.

Welcome to Zero Outfitter Fees' Elite Membership! We're excited to help you pursue some incredible hunting opportunities. Please review the following membership terms and authorizations so we can manage your draw applications accurately and efficiently.

1. Membership, Renewal & Cancellation

I understand that my Elite ZOF membership will be charged annually at the membership rate agreed to at enrollment (or according to the payment plan selected at checkout). My membership automatically renews annually on my membership anniversary date unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy below.

My Elite membership rate is price-locked for two consecutive membership years, even if future members pay a higher rate. After this two-year period, ZOF reserves the right to adjust my annual membership rate at future renewals with at least 30 days' advance notice. I may cancel my membership at any time through my online account or by emailing [email protected] at least 14 days before my next renewal date.

All membership fees and payments made for services are final and non-refundable. I authorize ZOF to charge my payment method according to my selected membership terms. In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, ZOF reserves the right to provide this agreement and related transaction records to the payment processor or financial institution and to recover applicable amounts and associated costs.

2. Draw Applications & Payment Authorization

I authorize Zero Outfitter Fees (ZOF) and its application partner, Rolling Bones Outdoors (RBO), to submit hunting applications on my behalf for my selected states and species. My Elite membership includes draw application management and ZOF-eligible hunt coverage in six western states: Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, and Idaho.

I authorize ZOF/RBO to use my payment method on file for applicable state hunting licenses, draw applications, bonus/preference points, point guard, big game tags, and associated fees. This authorization also applies to additional states where I elect to have RBO manage applications or related services beyond my ZOF membership coverage. This authorization remains in effect while my membership is active unless I provide updated instructions.

State hunting licenses, tags, application fees, and bonus/preference point fees are additional to my Elite membership. All ZOF/RBO application service fees for covered applications are included in my Elite membership at no additional charge.

Payment requirements, refund policies, and point systems vary by state, as outlined earlier in this form, and current fees are listed on the ZOF FAQ page. For Arizona group applications, one designated group leader may be charged for all group members' tag and application fees. Membership, license, application, and tag fees may appear as separate transactions on my credit card. I understand that state fees, application requirements, payment procedures, and refund policies are established by each state's wildlife agency and are subject to change.

3. Account Information & Communication

I understand that ZOF and/or RBO may contact me annually regarding draw applications, account updates, and other important membership information. As an Elite member, I receive personalized assistance from the ZOF team and RBO with my application preferences, draw strategy, and Rolling Bones dashboard.

I am responsible for responding to time-sensitive requests and keeping my contact information, payment method, hunter education information, and hunting preferences current.

I understand that outdated information, declined payments, or missed deadlines may prevent applications from being submitted and could result in the loss of opportunities to draw, earn, or maintain bonus, preference, or loyalty points. ZOF shall not be responsible for missed applications, missed hunting opportunities, or loss of bonus points or loyalty points resulting from my failure to respond in a timely manner.

If additional follow-up is required because my information is incomplete or outdated, a $35 additional administrative fee may apply as described in ZOF's policies. I can update my information through my RBO account or by contacting ZOF directly. I understand that successful draws are not guaranteed and that keeping my membership and account information current is essential to receiving my membership benefits.

4. Guided Hunt Benefits & Eligibility

As an active Elite ZOF member, I am eligible for fully guided hunts when I successfully draw a ZOF-approved tag in Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, or Idaho, subject to my membership benefits and applicable hunt requirements.

Standard guided hunt services generally include a 1:1 guide, meals, lodging, trophy fees, applicable land-use permits, field transportation during the hunt, and basic field processing. State hunting licenses, tags, application fees, guide/cook gratuities, and personal travel expenses are not included.

The number of fully guided hunting days included with my Elite membership is based on my consecutive membership tenure:

Years 0–3: 7 guided hunting days
Years 4–7: 10 guided hunting days
Years 8+: 14 guided hunting days

Hunt durations may be shorter when required by state hunting regulations, species-specific seasons, or other applicable restrictions.

Additional Elite Membership Benefits

In addition to guided draw hunts, my Elite membership includes exclusive benefits and privileges as outlined in the Elite Membership Benefits Schedule available on the ZOF website. These benefits may include Hunt Bank credits, non-hunting guest privileges, access to select outfitter draw pools, concierge assistance, private land hunting opportunities, and exclusive member events or promotions.

I understand that Elite membership benefits are reviewed annually and may be updated for future membership years. The benefits, eligibility requirements, limitations, and redemption terms applicable to my membership year are those outlined in the Elite Membership Benefits Schedule in effect at the start of that membership year.

I understand that I must maintain an active Elite membership in good standing at the time of both my draw application and during my hunt to receive Elite ZOF benefits.

5. Eligible Hunts & Draw Expectations

ZOF carefully selects eligible hunt units and opportunities each year and submits my draw applications on my behalf, based on factors such as trophy quality, draw odds, habitat conditions, winter mortality, wildfire, predation, and other wildlife management considerations.

I understand that:

Not all hunting units, species, or hunts qualify for ZOF coverage.
Eligible hunt units and application strategies are determined by ZOF and may change annually.
Many ZOF hunts target highly desirable seasons and units, often during peak rut periods.
Big game draw odds can be very low, and drawing a tag is never guaranteed.
Building bonus or preference points may improve my chances of drawing in certain states, but does not guarantee success.
My active Elite membership covers all eligible ZOF hunts I successfully draw, with no annual limit on the number of covered hunts, subject to my membership terms.

Members who elect to self-apply are solely responsible for requesting current ZOF-covered hunt codes by emailing [email protected] approximately two to three weeks before each applicable draw deadline. Because hunt codes, eligible units, and covered hunts may change annually, ZOF does not proactively distribute this information or provide draw deadline reminders to members who self-apply.

Members who elect to self-apply acknowledge they will no longer receive access to the Rolling Bones Outdoors Dashboard or application management services as part of their membership. This policy exists to prevent duplicate or conflicting applications and ensure application accuracy. ZOF is not responsible for missed deadlines, incorrect applications, incorrect hunt selections, loss of bonus points, loyalty points, or hunting opportunities resulting from a member's decision to self-apply.

6. Liability & Third-Party Services

I understand that Zero Outfitter Fees, LLC (ZOF) provides membership and draw application services and does not directly conduct guided hunts or operate as a licensed hunting guide or outfitter. All guided hunts are provided by independent outfitters and guides, which may include Diamond Outfitters, Borderland Adventures, LOETH, Boreggo Outfitters, Bull Ridge Outfitters, Apex Outfitters, Morning Creek Outfitters, At Ease Hunting, and Shoshone Lodge Outfitters. Outfitter assignments may change as necessary to accommodate hunt availability, operations, and service quality.

I acknowledge that hunting, travel, lodging, and related activities involve inherent risks, including injury, death, property damage, and other unforeseen circumstances. I voluntarily assume these risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I agree to release and hold harmless ZOF, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, death, or expenses arising out of or related to hunting trips, travel, transportation, lodging, or other services and activities associated with my hunt, including those provided or arranged by independent outfitters, guides, or other third parties.
