I authorize and grant power of attorney to Diamond Outfitters to use the credit card I provide for the purpose of submitting and renewing my state hunting license(s), application fees, bonus point fees, point guard fees, and big game tag fees in AZ/NM/NV/UT/WY and other applicable states that I designate. This includes, but is not limited to, all state game and fish related charges for license(s), big game tag(s) and application fees (application fees are $45 per person, per draw application). I understand and acknowledge that: 1. This authorization will remain in effect until I provide written notice to revoke it. 2. Deposits towards guided hunts, license fees, draw application fees, and tag fees are unconditionally non-refundable by us, regardless of draw results or changes in plans. 3. I am responsible for maintaining an active, valid credit card on file. Failure to do so may result in missed application deadlines, rejected submissions, or loss of bonus points. 4. False or improper chargebacks will result in my financial responsibility for all associated fees, penalties, and administrative costs incurred by Diamond Outfitters due to the chargeback and may lead to immediate termination of services.
