REFUND AND RETURN POLICY:

ALL GUIDE, DEPOSIT AND HUNT FEES ARE FINAL:

No refunds will be made for cancelled hunts for any reason. No rate reductions or extra days will be given if hunters leave before the conclusion of the hunt or if they fail to arrive on prearranged dates. We recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance in the event you are unable to make your trip due to work, injury, illness or death. Refunds are not granted for weather delays, area or season closures.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:

Client acknowledges that Diamond Outfitters (DO) will contact the Client annually (typically in November or December) to allow the Client to review and update account information, including credit card details, and to make any desired changes to applications or preferences. The Client is responsible for keeping account information current and responding to these communications in a timely manner. Failure to respond or update information may result in the loss of state bonus points, loyalty points, or application eligibility.

Client understands that the Client determines which states and species to apply for, including but not limited to Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, and others as directed by the Client. Client hereby authorizes and grants power of attorney to Diamond Outfitters and/or Rolling Bones Outdoors to charge the Client’s credit card for the purpose of processing hunting applications and associated requirements until such authorization is revoked in writing. Authorized charges may include, but are not limited to, mandatory non-refundable state hunting licenses for Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming and more as directed by client; non-refundable state application fees; non-refundable application service fees; non-refundable bonus point fees; non-refundable point guard fees; and big game tag fees (see section 3). Application service fees total $45 per person, per species application, unless otherwise stated and this INCLUDES the state application per-species fee.

Client understands and acknowledges the following draw and payment procedures. Arizona, Nevada, and Utah charge credit cards for big game tags upon a successful draw. New Mexico and Wyoming charge the full tag amount at application, then refund the big game tag fees amount within one to two billing cycles if the Client is unsuccessful, less license and application fees. Wyoming maintains a separate bonus point-only application period and associated fees. Arizona, Nevada, and Utah automatically award bonus points upon an unsuccessful draw. New Mexico does not offer bonus points. For Arizona group applications, the group leader may be charged for all tag fees. License and application fees may be charged separately. For New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming, tag, license, and application fees may be charged individually even for group applications.

Client acknowledges that it is the Client’s sole responsibility to update credit card information annually with Diamond Outfitters and to return the required annual survey to Diamond Outfitters by the specified deadline. In lieu of completing the survey, the Client may contact Diamond Outfitters directly by emailing [email protected]
or by calling the office for assistance.

REFUNDS FOR APPAREL, HATS, GEAR, MISCELLANEOUS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

  • Refunds and Exchanges – To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first contact us by: by: (1) emailing from our Contact Us page; (2) calling us at 1-520-730-8147; or (3) writing to us at: Diamond Outfitters, P.O. Box 3347, Prescott, Arizona, 86302 to alert us of the damage, then we will authorize the return of the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
  • Refunds (if applicable) – Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable) – If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by: by: (1) emailing from our Contact Us page; (2) calling us at 1-520-730-8147; or (3) writing to us at: Diamond Outfitters, P.O. Box 3347, Prescott, Arizona, 86302.
  • Sale items (if applicable) – Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Exchanges (if applicable) – We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us by: by: (1) emailing from our Contact Us page; (2) calling us at 1-520-730-8147; or (3) writing to us at: Diamond Outfitters, P.O. Box 3347, Prescott, Arizona, 86302 and then we will authorize the return of your item to us.
  • Return Product Shipping – To return your product, you need to contact us prior to shipping the item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

Diamond Outfitters is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.

DELIVERY POLICY:

Parcel Shipping orders are shipped directly to your location. All orders will be processed within 48 hours. We currently use USPS parcel shipping. Your order is delivered to your shipping address one to three business days after processing.

DIAMOND OUTFITTERS SMS PROGRAM:

  • Diamond Outfitters SMS Program provides users with text messages related to hunt bookings and confirmations, deposit and payment reminders, draw application updates, account notifications, required actions, and customer support communications.
  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the short code. Upon sending “STOP”, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
  • If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected] or call 1-520-730-8147.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS:

By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy and terms of service. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes. Your acceptance of these terms is considered your valid signature for legal purposes and at the time of your signature, the digital (e-signature) of Dan Adler and Matt Woodward are also valid and in effect.
